Strongkidz is the only mobile program of its kind in New Jersey. We incorporate whole body dynamic stations as well as strength and agility obstacles. The program is inspired by strongmen Competition , American Ninja Warrior Junior and Parkour. If your child likes climbing , and testing their athletic abilities then this class is for them.
